There have been number of Law Changes that have come into effect as of July 1 2019. These Law Changes must be applied to all USSF Sanctioned games played this Fall.

If you have not or are not able to a attend an In-Service or Re-Certification Clinic Prior to the Fall Season then you need to go to the Maryland Referees Website and review these changes.
