Presidents Report

Erik Endler discussed the state of CASRA with an excellent and very detailed power point presentation.  This will be available on the CASRA Web Site

Executive Directors Report

· Receivables are at $2,500 down from over $150,000 one year ago

· All contracts will see a modest fee escalation

· Quick Books has been converted to On Line format from standalone version allowing multiple individuals access

· Arbiter now has links to the CASRA Web Site

Treasurers Report

· 1099’s have been delayed due to multiple issues.   Will be issued shortly

· Implementing oversight and segregation of duties.   Billing, Cash Receipts

· Still continuing process improvements for Payment and Billing

· Game Reports impact both billing and payment.   Please complete ASAP after matches

· Quick Books Online transition is progressing despite some hiccups

· Will deliver an income statement to membership    Need Date

Professionalism / Game report Presentation

Mitchell Williams provided an excellent presentation on Professionalism

Guest Speakers

Jeff Gontarek   Maryland State Youth Referee Administrator

Bob Lyles and Company Special Olympics.    Please volunteer it will be a great experience

By Laws Changes

Mark Jennings reviewed the proposed changes

Motion to approve made by Maria Cribbs, Seconded by Bruce Cochrane

Passed on a voice Vote.

Elections

Due to the approved By Laws changes for staggered terms for the Officers. 

Vice President    Barry Lawrence      No other candidates     Unanimous by Voice Vote

Secretary             Bruce Cochrane      No other candidates    Unanimous by Voice Vote

Board of Directors, 4 slots

Missy Lambert, Warren Pfister, Christian Mari, Pete Sanchez were all unanimously approved by Voice Vote
