Capital Area Soccer Referees Association, Inc. (CASRA) is an organization of registered referees serving the officiating needs of youth and adult leagues, indoor programs, and public and private high schools principally in Montgomery, Prince Georges, Anne Arundel, Howard, Calvert, Carroll, Charles and St. Mary's Counties, but also games in the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia. CASRA assigns for leageus that include: Girls Academy, ECNL, EDP,  CMSSL and NCSL travel leagues, as well as adult and youth recreational leagues in those counties.  In addition, CASRA assigns high school games for the IAAM, Howard County, Saint Mary's Charles and Calvert Counties and numerous independent high schools.
